HOW TO WEAR HIP HELP HOORAY™
Using simple steps, you will find Hip Help Hooray easy to use.
1) Pull leggings on with the tag in back.
2) Lay down on your left side with your legs in fetal position.
3) Take the strap from the outer left leg, wrap it around the knee and secure it to the inner left thigh. The velcro strips are there to guide the placement.
4) Raise the top (right) leg so that your knee is pointing at the ceiling.
5) Take the strap from the outer right leg, wrap it around the knee, and secure it to the inner right thigh. Again, the velcro strips are there to guide the placement.
6) Put a fluffy pillow between your legs and let the top (right) leg rest on the pillow.
As the top leg begins to rest on the pillow, you begin to feel the supportive effect of Hip Help Hooray.
A unique benefit to Hip Help Hooray is that it allows you to adjust the amount of support. The wider the angle between the legs at the time of application of the strap to the top leg, the more support given. The smaller the angle between the legs at the time of the application of the strap of the top leg, the less support given. Find the angle that gives you just the right support you need.
